Lativia Ray-Alston has extensive executive experience across all commercial functions within major Fortune 100 companies. This includes over 25+ years of international experience involving P&L responsibility, worldwide marketing and sales to capture government and commercial business for some of healthcare’s most successful blockbuster brands. With her unique blend of expertise, she brings intimate knowledge of global markets, cultures, trends, and competitive requirements to help companies achieve their growth goals through market expansion and scaling internal capabilities.


Specifically, she has held positions that include SVP Marketing and Product Development (Recover Care), VP Global and Strategic Marketing, including head of all worldwide product marketing, business analytics, communications, product R&D, business development, pricing and customer innovation (BD Biosciences).  Other roles included SVP Corporate Marketing and SVP Sales and Marketing for the Pharmaceutical Partners Division at McKesson Corporation. While at Sanofi-Aventis, she was VP Primary Care (the largest business segment with revenues over $5 billion) and VP Sales for the Southeast  and National specialty team. During earlier career years at BMS and Roche Labs she was the strategic marketing lead for the US and international pain market segment, as well as held positions of increasing responsibility while creating partnerships and doubling sales within a record 3 year period. 


Lativia is a recognized presenter in healthcare industry forums and has often been referenced on topics related to product positioning, branding, and customer retention strategies. She is an honors graduate from Stillman College and Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she holds degrees in business marketing and business management, respectively.
